Junior ReviewerI call to got a call from my son in college saying his card was declined. I called Master Card and was assured the problem was fixed and his card was "good to go".
The next day another another phone call from my son. Another call to GANDER MOUNTAIN Master Card. Another several transfers and another assurance that the problem was solved. The next day another phone call saying his card did not work.
Another phone call to GANDER MOUNTAIN MASTER CARD. Another assurance the problem was corrected.
This time not only was my sons card declined, my wife's card was declined along with my daughter and mine. Now to the second level supervisor.
We were all sent a NEW chip card." This will surely fix any problems" I was told, along with a $50 dollar credit for my time and trouble. After talking to numerous Customer Service Representatives and to Supervisors Laquida, Takia, Shanika, Vaugniqua, Vontavious and Damontarious (no I didn't make these names up) and receiving new "chip cards I nam still without GANDER MOUNTAIN MASTER CARD service. It has been 10 days now and it appears that GANDER MOUNTAIN MASTER CARD has fallen into the current cycle of hiring total incompetents. These buffoon cant (or wont) do what it take to simply activate credit cards.
I have never had a problem wit American Express nor With Visa. GANDER MOUNTAIN MASTER CARD must be doing so well they can drop loyal customers or just don't care.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Mastercard Cons: Poor quality product.

Gander Mountain contacted me via their Facebook account, promising to "look into the matter". This was just a ploy to put me off even more. I have heard absolutely NOTHING from Gander Mountain.
