They sent me an empty card
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
My card info was stolen from my card (I had $72 and some change). When I looked at my balance a day later (I used the wrong site to check the balance since mastercards website has a terrible way to check your balance) it was bone dry. ($0.00) I've called the support number, and they've said "It looks like you spent the money we can't help you" (paraphrased).
The issues with this is for:
1. I don't live in New Jersey nor do I go to nail salons (where the $72 went).
2.
I only use that card for Amazon, Walmart, Dunkin, and Mr.Pet man
3.
No one spends the exact amount on their card. For example, if you have $100 you spend $98.27 or something along those lines.
Last thing, I used their support email as well, and I've still gotten no response.
(They've closed my bank account, so I can't even show)

8/19/2025 last evening around from 8 PM to 8:20, I called four different numbers from Mastercard. None are working, not letting me through to customer service.
I desperately needed the card to work. The past week, this same thing has happened with government agencies, my bank, other credit card agencies, and ObamaCare. Be careful about sharing with robotics. No telling what country that could end up in.
ID theft happens; I'm a victim currently. Three motels, another online company, and another!
A fraud lady at the bank denied it happened. Although, it took 3 days to reach the supervisor.

Well, let's see. Last month, I tried to use my card and found out you guys blocked it.
I was told to go to the bank and pull money off the card, which I did. This month, I still can't use the card, so my money is stuck on the card again. I would like the block taken off my card so I can use it and access my money. It’s a DirectExpress card.
If you need more info, call or send an email to the said email. I have rent and bills to pay, so I need it lifted off the card, please.

A Mastercard customer purchased thousands of dollars worth of materials with my company and disputed the charges a few days later. I submitted video proof of the validity of these charges and Mastercard still found in the customers favor. This man has a criminal record and they still sided with him.

Direct express will not tell you to so declining my payment it' was time sensitive I need to be on time tlpaying for a train ticket now it's going to cost me $70 if I can do it today more and if I have to do it tomorrow it's going to be $400 more a

So, this is the problem, I sent the money to one guy for his service. I wasn't satisfied, he was always wrong, and I didn't like his concept.
I wanted my refund, I reported it to PayPal. That guy said you have to close the case if you want your money back from me. I did that, I closed the case, and he blocked me.
He didn't want to give my money back. PayPal said to contact you guys.

cannot talk to anyone at mastercard for support. Their answering service just hangs up on me when I get to the part where it transfers me to a customer service representative. Worst customer service experience of my life.

Europcar rental company did not have my name listed to reserve the car which was dated for pickup August 14, 2024. They refused to give me a rental and I still got charged for it.
