So, this is the problem, I sent the money to one guy for his service. I wasn't satisfied, he was always wrong, and I didn't like his concept.
I wanted my refund, I reported it to PayPal. That guy said you have to close the case if you want your money back from me. I did that, I closed the case, and he blocked me.
He didn't want to give my money back. PayPal said to contact you guys.

Europcar rental company did not have my name listed to reserve the car which was dated for pickup August 14, 2024. They refused to give me a rental and I still got charged for it.
I would like a refund. I had to go to another company to rent a car and I paid much more

I owned 1, credit card. I use the mobile app to observe jeep track of my transactions.
Likewise, I noticed that there were multiple unknown charges that were not made by me. For a variety of products and services. Most I've never even heard of. I contacted my provider explaining the fraud and charges and the dates and amounts They locked and blocked immediate asking me to cancel all transactions or accounts linked to the card.
They were to send me another via Canada post The next day I went on the app to look to see if there were any credits put towards the fraudulent charges.
I noticed right away the card number was different from the original one My provider has added thus new card that I had not even laid eyes on yet to my account online. And it was hacked within one day. How does that happen. Multiple charges again were used to harm me Wtf I say I haven't even received or activated any cards yet.
I call again Blah blah they are so sorry blah blah. They have no idea how this could happen. Actually attempting to blame me How you figure I ask ignoring my comment and question. They them state they will be locking n blocking my second card now.
Wow. So they replaced mist of the charges except one for Bandcamp services I had never been in the site no created an account, yet I'm being charged multiple charges for their services. My provider credited one of their charges why not the other Again I'm told we have no idea They will be sending me another card. Now I'my hesitate activate or use these cards.
Thinking of closing my account even. But I had a credit coming to me for a certain amount of dollars, so I wait that was about 3.5 weeks I call again told they will be cancelling this card another one I have not received or activated or even looked at. They will be sending the 4 th card via currier. Sure I say go for but I'm not holding my breath .
Two days later the deliver comes. A d I check my mail Two more different credit cards all with different numbers arrived. So guess who I called I still have no activated my newest card I am still waiting on my credit amount .
There's no excuse for the unprofessional behavior of a thought to be secure company. These are the people in charge of my finances omg is all I can say oh and where's my money.

I have a problem with an unadded card and I can't communicate with the card issuer. I need to know if there is a restriction on my MasterCard.

I sent more than 15 emails to you and also to support section but no action concerning my refund back .
Now I approaching 90 days since the refund transaction processed and no action or even reply to my emails.
Master card is international and trusted organization in the world is difficult for this organization to refund back my money.

Merchants refuse to accept. After purchase, card could not be activated. Could not get at the money.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Mastercard let me know it is not their decision how verification is made. It is up to the bank that issues the Mastercard.
Although they answered the question, they offered no advice or help for a problem many must be facing.
